A global enterprise faced 24-hour delays in lead assignments because a sales coordinator manually reviewed each inbound lead from Salesforce to determine routing. To solve this, I engineered an advanced cross-board round-robin routing ecosystem using custom match-logic formulas. When an inbound lead hits the board, backend automations evaluate the prospect's country and vertical against a private Sales Rep Capacity and Expertise board, dynamically distributing ownership without overlapping assignments. This system successfully reduced lead assignment times from 24 hours to less than 2 minutes, ensuring high-value Enterprise accounts were engaged almost instantly by the correct account representative.
