I will create clear, tested software user guides and help center articles
About this Gig
Turn a working software workflow into documentation a real user can follow.
I create task-focused software documentation from your demo product, staging environment, rights-cleared source material, or SME walkthrough. Choose 5, 10, or 20 task pages based on your package. Each page includes a clear goal, prerequisites, steps, and outcome and is checked against the available product flow. Rights-safe or redacted screenshots can be included when provided or reproducible.
Included: scope preflight, structure and terminology review, change log, proofreading, and the package revision allowance.
Not included: invented product behavior, production customer data, unrestricted product discovery, continuous maintenance, translation, legal/compliance certification, or unlimited revisions.
AI may assist drafting and consistency checks; final deliverables are human-reviewed against the agreed source. Send one representative workflow and intended reader first. You will receive a go/no-go scope and access checklist before work starts.

FAQ
Can you work from a live production system?
Start with demo/staging or sanitized source material. Production or customer data needs a separate security and privacy review.
Do you create API documentation?
A bounded quick-start or endpoint subset can fit after scope review; a full API reference is a separate project.
Is the work AI-generated?
AI may assist drafting and QA, but product behavior is not invented and the agreed source is checked before delivery.
What counts as one page?
One bounded task or article with a clear goal, prerequisites, steps, and result. Unusually long or multi-workflow topics are split during preflight.
Can you maintain the docs?
Not in this experiment. Ongoing maintenance is quoted only after the first accepted sprint.
