Do I need a Make.com account already?
Yes, you'll need an active Make.com account (free or paid) since the automation runs inside your account. I don't provide subscriptions, but I'll guide you through setup if you're new to the platform.
Which apps can you connect?
Any app with a Make.com module or an open API — Gmail, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, Slack, Shopify, Trello, HubSpot, and 1,000+ others. If yours isn't listed, send me its name and I'll confirm.
What if I don't know how many apps I need?
No problem, message me with your goal and the tools you currently use, and I'll tell you exactly which package fits before you order.
Do you fix broken Make.com automations too?
This gig is for new builds. If you already have a scenario that's broken or underperforming, check my dedicated fix/optimize gig instead.
What happens if the automation breaks later?
Every automation is tested before delivery. If it breaks due to my original setup within 7 days, I'll fix it free. Issues from a third-party app changing its API aren't covered but can be a quick follow-up order.
Can you add an AI step like ChatGPT?
Yes, an AI step (e.g. classifying or drafting replies) can be added on the Premium package, or check my dedicated AI automation gig for a bigger AI-first build.
Do I own the automation after delivery?
Yes, it runs entirely inside your own Make.com account. You get full ownership, control, and documentation so you or your team can maintain it.
