I test apps, websites, and games the way an actual user would, then hand you a report that tells you exactly what's broken, where, and how to reproduce it.
Most testers open an app, click around for a few minutes, and send back a vague list. That doesn't help you ship. My process is structured: I build test cases based on your app's core flows, run them across real devices and browsers, and document every issue with screenshots, screen recordings, and step-by-step reproduction notes. You get a report your dev team can act on the same day.
