Make.com Integration for PandaDoc, DocuSign E-Signature, ZeptoMail and Slack
Hello!
The moment a client says yes, the paperwork should already be moving. I build Make.com workflows that generate the contract, send it for e-signature, alert your team in Slack and email the client through ZeptoMail, with zero copy and paste.
What I build:
- Make.com (Integromat) scenarios with routers, filters, iterators and error handlers
- PandaDoc automation: proposals and contracts created from CRM or form data, with pricing tables
- DocuSign e-signature workflow: envelopes, templates, signer roles and status tracking
- ZeptoMail transactional emails: welcome emails, receipts and signed copy delivery
- Slack alerts when a document is viewed, signed or declined
- Signed PDFs saved to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or SharePoint
- CRM sync with HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Airtable or monday.com
Ideal for agencies, consultants, law firms, staffing companies and any business with heavy client onboarding.
Every scenario is tested end to end with real signers before I deliver, and you get a recorded walkthrough.
Tell me what happens after a client agrees today. Ill show you how many steps we can remove.

FAQ
Should I use PandaDoc or DocuSign?
PandaDoc is better for proposals and quotes with pricing tables and approvals. DocuSign is stronger for contracts, compliance and multi signer routing. I build either one, or both if different teams use different tools.
Why use ZeptoMail instead of Gmail for these emails?
ZeptoMail is Zoho’s transactional email service, made for automated emails like receipts and signed copies. It delivers more reliably than a personal inbox, avoids Gmail sending limits and costs very little per email.
Can the contract fill itself from my CRM or form?
Yes. Make.com pulls data from HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Airtable, monday.com, Typeform or Jotform and maps it into your template fields, including client details, pricing and line items.
What Slack notifications can I get?
Sent, viewed, signed, declined and expired, each with a link to the document. Alerts can go to a team channel or straight to the deal owner as a DM.
Where do the signed documents go?
They are downloaded automatically, renamed by client and date, saved to Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or SharePoint, and attached back to the CRM record.
Which plans do I need for this to work?
API access for PandaDoc and DocuSign depends on your plan, and Make.com Core covers most builds. I review your accounts before starting and tell you if anything needs an upgrade.
Can you fix or improve my existing Make.com scenarios?
Yes. I audit what you have, fix broken modules and mappings, add error handling and cut wasted operations so your Make.com bill goes down.
