Can you integrate monday.com CRM with Make.com on my current plan?
Yes. Make.com connects through the monday.com API, which is available on all plans, but automation and API limits differ by plan. I check your plan first and tell you upfront if anything needs an upgrade.
How does the OpenAI AI dispatch decide who gets a job?
I give GPT your rules: skills, location, workload, priority and service type. It reads each new item, returns the best match with a reason, and Make.com fills the person column in monday. You can override any assignment and edit the rules anytime.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
For automated WhatsApp messages, yes. I set it up through Twilio, 360dialog, WATI or the Meta Cloud API. If you are not verified yet, I guide you through Meta approval and use SMS or email alerts in the meantime.
What does document sync mean in this gig?
Files on a monday item are copied into the right Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive folder, named by client or job. It also works the other way, so a new file in a folder shows up on the matching monday item.
Who pays for Make.com and OpenAI?
You do, on your own accounts, so you keep full ownership. Most small teams run fine on Make.com Core, and OpenAI usage for dispatch is usually a few dollars a month. I estimate operations and token costs before we start.
Can you work with my existing monday boards?
Yes. I audit your current boards, columns and native automations first, then build around them. I only restructure where it makes dispatch cleaner, and I tell you before changing anything.
What happens if a Make.com scenario fails?
Every scenario has error handlers and sends a Slack or email alert when something breaks, so nothing fails quietly. Fixes on anything I built are covered after delivery.
