Will the AI voice agent sound robotic or will my customers know it is AI?

What accounts and tools do I need before we start?
You need an active Vapi AI account, or a GoHighLevel account and a Twilio number for calling. If you do not have these set up yet message me first and I will guide you through what you need.
Can the AI book appointments directly into my calendar?
Yes. I set up the booking logic so the AI qualifies the caller and books the appointment directly into your calendar during the call without any human involvement.
Can the AI transfer the call to a real person when needed?
Yes. I set up live transfer rules so the AI hands off to a human when the caller needs it, like urgent situations or complex questions it cannot handle.
I am not technical at all. Will I be able to manage this after delivery?
