I provide material takeoffs and cost estimates for asphalt shingle roofing, metal roofing, TPO, EPDM, vinyl siding, fiber cement siding, and metal siding. My estimates can include roof areas, ridges, hips, valleys, underlayment, flashing, wall areas, trims, soffits, fascia, gutters, and other spec.
Do you provide material and labor cost estimates or only quantity takeoffs?
I provide both quantity takeoffs and cost estimation. The Basic package includes material quantities and a material cost summary. Standard and Premium include detailed material and labor estimates. Pricing is based on buyer-provided unit rates or mutually agreed estimating assumptions.
What drawings do you need, and can you estimate large commercial projects?
Please provide the latest architectural drawings, roof plans, exterior elevations, roof details, material schedules, and relevant specifications in PDF format.I handle residential and commercial roofing and siding estimates.
