I have hands-on experience in retail and cellphone repairs, having worked as a Quality Assuror at a busy cellphone repair centre in Menlyn. This experience helped me develop strong knowledge of device testing, quality control, customer service, troubleshooting, and retail operations. I have also built practical skills in AI, digital marketing, social media, content creation, and AI-powered creative tools. I enjoy combining my technical and creative experience to help businesses improve their digital presence, content, and overall customer experience.
