About this gig
I will setup wix booking website, wix appointment scheduling, online booking automation
Missed bookings cost real money. If your Wix site still runs on "message me to book" DMs, you're losing clients to competitors with a working calendar.
I'm Mason, a Wix Velo developer and automation specialist. I set up Wix Bookings so it actually holds up: correct service/staff structure, calendar sync that won't double-book, working payments, and a booking page tested on real phones.
What you get:
- Wix Bookings & Wix Appointment setup (services, staff, availability, buffer time)
- Calendar sync: Google, Outlook, iCal + multi-calendar fix for staff with more than one
- Payment integration: Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments
- Automated confirmation & reminder emails
- Mobile-responsive booking page, tested on iOS/Android
- SEO on every bookable service, not just the homepage
- Optional: n8n automation and an AI booking agent for lead follow-up
Built for coaches, salons, clinics, tutors, and service businesses that run on appointments.
Send your service list and Wix URL (if any), I'll confirm scope within the hour.
Message me now and stop losing bookings to a broken calendar.

FAQ
Do I need an existing Wix website?
It helps but isn't required. If you're starting from zero, tell me your service list and I'll scope a lightweight booking-focused site alongside the setup.
My bookings keep double-booking — what's going on?
Almost always a Wix platform quirk: Wix Bookings only watches one outside calendar per staff member. If someone has both a personal Gmail and a work Outlook, only the connected one actually blocks their time. I build a small bridge that merges both into one blocked-availability feed.
Can customers pay when they book?
Yes, Stripe, PayPal, or Wix Payments, whichever you already use. You'll need your own account with the processor; I handle the connection.
Will it work properly on phones?
Yes, every delivery is tested on iOS and Android. Most booking traffic on service sites is mobile.
Can you set up recurring classes or multi-session packages?
Yes, single appointments, recurring classes, and course packages are all supported, included from Standard tier up.
My current booking setup is broken — can you fix it instead of rebuilding?
Usually. The common culprits are the wrong service type, a timezone mismatch, or the single-calendar-sync limit above. Send your site URL and I'll audit it before we agree on scope.
Will my services actually show up in Google?
I set individual SEO, title, meta description, custom URL, on every bookable service, not just the homepage. Most Wix booking setups skip this entirely.
How do you access my site, and is it safe?
I ask to be added as a site contributor with editor access, never your login. You can remove access the moment the project is delivered.
Do I need a paid Wix plan?
For custom domains and payments, yes, Wix Premium. Basic booking display can run on the free plan, but you can't collect money without upgrading.
Can you add automation beyond Wix's built-in emails?
Yes, I can layer in n8n automation or an AI booking assistant for lead follow-up, no-show reminders, or CRM syncing. That's part of the Premium tier.
