Yes. I will create or verify a recent backup before completing important updates whenever the necessary WordPress or hosting access is available.
What happens if an update breaks my website?
I will investigate update-related compatibility problems and restore the previous working version when necessary and when a usable backup is available. Major pre-existing problems may require a separate offer.
How does the included WordPress consultation work?

Can you maintain multiple websites?
The listed packages cover one WordPress website. Please message me with the number and type of websites for a custom multi-site or agency maintenance offer.
Do you support WooCommerce websites?
Yes. WooCommerce maintenance is included in the Premium package. Please contact me before ordering if your store has memberships, subscriptions, multiple currencies or custom checkout functionality.
Can you maintain an already broken or hacked website?
This gig is primarily for ongoing maintenance. Existing malware, major errors, server problems or extensive plugin conflicts must be reviewed before ordering and may require an initial cleanup offer.
Are premium plugin and theme licences included?
No. Paid themes, plugins, security services, hosting, CDN services and other third-party licences must be provided or purchased by the client.
Do you provide a maintenance report?
Yes. The report can include completed updates, backup status, monitoring results, issues found, work completed and recommendations.
What counts as a minor content update?
A minor content update includes a small text, image, link, button, blog or existing-page change. It does not include new page design, copywriting, complete redesigns or custom functionality.
What access will you need?
I normally need temporary WordPress administrator access. Hosting, cPanel, FTP or server access may also be necessary for backups, technical errors, security work and restoration.
