FAQ
Will the audit break or slow down my website ?
No. The audit is non-intrusive and read-only. I never modify anything without your explicit approval. Your site stays online and unaffected throughout.
Do you need my admin password ?
Not for the Basic scan : a URL is enough. For Standard and Premium I need limited access to apply fixes, and I'll tell you exactly what level is required. Create a temporary account and revoke it afterwards.
I'm not technical. Will I understand the report ?
Yes, that's the point. Every issue is explained in plain English with what it means for your business and how to fix it. You can also add a 30-minute call to go through it together.
What if you don't find anything ?
What if you don't find anything? You still get the full report confirming what was checked and what's clean, plus a hardening checklist. Knowing your site is secure is a valid result
