No. You generate an API key from Housecall Pro settings and connect it to Zapier ourself. I never see your login.
Do I need a specific Housecall Pro plan?
Yes. Zapier requires the Essentials plan or higher. The Basic plan does not support API access .
Can you send review requests via SMS?
Yes, if your review platform supports SMS. I'll configure the trigger and map the phone number. The review tool handles the actual SMS delivery.
What if a customer doesn't have an email?
