Most "slow WordPress site" jobs are sold as a plugin install. That is not what this is.
I measure the site first - field data, lab data, request waterfall - and find what is actually holding it back: oversized images, a bloated Elementor build, render-blocking scripts, a slow host, a plugin running database queries on every page load. Then I fix those specific things, in order of impact.
What you get:

Do you guarantee a PageSpeed score of 90+?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. The ceiling depends on your host, your theme and the third-party scripts you need to keep. I fix everything that is within reach and tell you plainly what is not. Send me your URL first and I will estimate the realistic gain before you order.
Do you need access to my live site?
I work on a staging copy whenever possible, so your live site is never at risk. I need WordPress admin access and, ideally, hosting panel access. You can create a temporary admin user and delete it when we finish. I take a full backup before touching anything.
