About Me
I am Syed Imtiaz Hussain, a math tutor with 35+ years of teaching since 1990. I teach Cambridge O Level 4024, IGCSE 0580 Core and Extended, IGCSE 0606 Additional Maths, Edexcel and GCSE maths, and Grade 10 Matric maths, in English and Urdu.
How I Work
First, I find the gaps, starting from what the student knows. Second, I explain in small steps, with simple examples first. Third, the student practises in the lesson, and I correct mistakes straight away. Fourth, parents get a weekly progress update.
What You Get
A typical lesson starts with a quick review, then one new idea, practice together, and a short check. This gig is tutoring and practice only. I do not complete homework, live exams, or graded assignments.

Which boards do you teach for IGCSE and O Level maths?
I teach Cambridge O Level Mathematics 4024, IGCSE 0580 Core and Extended, IGCSE 0606 Additional Maths, Edexcel and GCSE maths, and Grade 10 Matric maths.
How do you start with a new student?
We start with a diagnostic lesson. I check what the student knows. I check where the gaps are. Then I make a simple study plan.
How long is each lesson?
The Basic package is one 45 minute diagnostic lesson. The Standard package is 4 lessons of 60 minutes each. The Premium package is 8 lessons of 60 minutes each.
Do you teach on Zoom or Google Meet?
Both. The student can choose Zoom or Google Meet.
What time zone do you use for availability?
Availability is stated in Pakistan time (PKT). Please message me to confirm a time that works for your family.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. There is a free 15 minute intro call. You can meet me. You can ask questions. You can discuss your child's needs.
How will I know how my child is doing?
You get a weekly progress update. It covers what was taught. It covers what improved. It covers what still needs practice.
What should my child bring to a lesson?
Your child should bring their school book or notes. Your child should bring recent homework or test papers if available. A notebook and pen help a lot.
Do you give homework?
Yes, I give short practice work. It is based on the lesson. It helps the student remember the method.
Do you complete homework or exams for students?
No. This is tutoring and practice only. I do not complete homework, live exams, or graded assignments for a student.
