Please note: My models are designed for the preliminary design phase, providing an initial understanding of the building's layout and are highly functional for BIM methodology. I create 3D models based on plans and details of existing building designs.

What information i need for 3d BIM modeling?

Mainly the floorplan, section views, elevation and details, preferably in DWG or DXF

I will provide the delivery file editable source file (.FCStd)
