About this gig
I model parts, enclosures and small assemblies in Autodesk Fusion. Send me a dimensioned sketch, reference photos or an existing part you want to change. We will agree on the shape, measurements and how it needs to fit before I start.
This gig covers brackets, holders, electronics housings and other mechanical parts for prototypes and 3D printing.
Every package includes STEP, STL, editable Fusion source and a preview image.
Basic: one simple solid part.
Standard: an enclosure and lid, up to two custom parts.
Premium: an assembly of up to five custom parts, an exploded view and one drawing sheet with key dimensions.
Message me before ordering so I can confirm the right package. Revisions cover changes within the agreed brief; extra parts or a new concept need a separate quote.
Delivery is digital files. Printing, physical testing and engineering certification are not included. We will agree on clearances and tolerances for your intended process.
The gallery shows my personal and team projects: OpenPulse, MAGMA and a published wine stand. Studio visuals show the designs; prototype photos are in my portfolio.

I'm Mateo, a CAD designer in Munich. I model mechanical parts and enclosures in Autodesk Fusion and make product renders in Blender. My projects include the OpenPulse wearable enclosure, MAGMA's variable-diameter rover wheels and chassis, and a wine stand with 2,800+ downloads on Printables. I also lead a robotics course and write its robot-control software.

What should I send before ordering?
Send a dimensioned sketch or reference photos, units, intended use, and details of anything the model must fit. For enclosures, include board dimensions, mounting points, connector locations, and existing STEP files. Message me first if the scope is unclear.
Which files will I receive?
Each package includes STEP for CAD exchange, STL for slicing, editable Autodesk Fusion source, and a preview image. Premium also includes an exploded-view image and one PDF drawing sheet with key dimensions. Ask before ordering if you need another format.
Can you model from a photo or hand sketch?
Yes, if you provide enough measurements to define the shape. A single photo cannot establish exact dimensions. I will confirm missing measurements with you before modeling.
Are these models ready to manufacture?
I model around your agreed process, material, wall thickness, and clearances. Your printer or manufacturer must check the final files; physical prototypes may need adjustments. Strength, sealing, certification, and production approval are not included.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is one consolidated round of changes within the original brief, such as adjusting dimensions, clearances, or a feature. Extra parts, a new concept, or a different mechanism are outside the package and need a separate quote.
What projects are outside this gig?
These packages cover simple mechanical solids, enclosures, and small assemblies. Complex mechanisms, organic sculpting, characters, advanced surfaces, PCB design, simulations, and safety-critical or certified engineering are outside this gig.
Will you print or ship the part?
This gig delivers digital files only. Physical printing, machining, materials, shipping, and hands-on testing are not included.
