What do you need from a client to get started?
I will need your design brief, text/copy, brand guidelines (logo files, colors, fonts), and any specific dimensions or asset specifications. Once you place an order, you will fill out a short questionnaire to submit all details.
What software formats will I receive with the source files?
Depending on the project requirements, editable source files are delivered in standard industry formats: Adobe Illustrator (.AI), Photoshop (.PSD), InDesign (.INDD), along with print-ready PDFs and export-ready web files (PNG/JPG/SVG).
Do you write copy?
I have a background in copywriting and am happy to make suggestions, but I do require a starting point from you.
Can you provide stock photography
I prefer clients to provide their own photos and/or videos to avoid any licensing or usage issues.
What if I need custom deliverables not listed in the packages?
If you have a larger campaign, unique asset mix, or simply a custom package, send me a message directly with your project scope. I will generate a custom order proposal tailored to your exact deliverables and timeline.
How do revisions work?
Revisions cover adjustments to layouts, typography, color tweaks, or visual elements within the original project brief. Scope changes or adding brand new copy/assets after design work begins are handled via custom add-ons.
