Hi there, I'm Matthew. For years, I was a Fortune 500 recruiter, and honestly? I was miserable. The corporate hiring world is cold and transactional. My turning point came when a brilliant recent grad cracked under the intense pressure of our interview process. It broke my heart. I left to do what gives me purpose: helping people navigate this AI-driven job market. Basically, I started playing for the other team. I earned my CPRW certification and began crafting ATS-optimized resumes that get you past the software and in front of a human.
