About this Gig
Need an interview coach for realistic mock interviews, interview prep, and behavioral question mastery? I'm here to help. Most people bomb interviews because they play it safe, give robotic answers that don't address the question, or never learn how to sell themselves.
I've interviewed thousands of candidates and lost count of the times I wished I could hit pause, coach them, then restart. This gig does exactly that - guided by a 20-year corporate interview-expert perspective.
What you get:
- 1:1 video coaching tailored to your goals, fears, and target role
- Proven interview-prep strategies from 20 years in corporate recruiting
- A realistic mock interview with role-specific questions and STAR Method drills
- Direct, actionable feedback to sharpen your answers, presence, and storytelling
By the end, you'll know how to connect, control the narrative, and leave hiring managers with zero doubt that you're the right choice.
No fluff. No rehearsed scripts. Just outside-the-box coaching that helps you win the job.

FAQ
What makes your interview coaching different from others?
Emotional intelligence. I excel at listening, understanding, asking the right questions, and then getting to the heart of the solution. I want to give you actionable advice honed and tested on the frontlines and trenches of recruitment. My aim is to have you leave our call full of confidence.
Will we do a mock interview?
Yes! Once we've spent some time discussing your objectives and any areas you'd like to focus on, we'll jump into a mock interview tailored to your role, industry and target company. Then I'll break down exactly what you did well and what needs work so you can walk into the real thing fully prepped!
Can you help me if I get nervous in interviews?
Absolutely. It's totally normal to get nervous in interview situations - it happens to all of us. Confidence can be trained though, and I'll give you practical techniques to stay calm, sound sharp and think on your feet - even when you get hit with the tough questions!
What industries do you specialize in?
I’ve coached candidates across tech, finance, medical, research, non-profit, sales, HR, marketing, sports and more. The core principles of persuasion and storytelling work everywhere. People are people. If you need to sell yourself, I can help.
Do you provide feedback on my answers?
100%. I’ll analyze your responses, body language, and delivery, then give blunt, constructive realtime feedback to make your answers sharper, stronger, and more persuasive.
How does Premium package follow-up call work?
If you purchase the Premium package, it includes a 30 minute follow up video call. At the end of our first call, I'll give you homework and things to think about/work on. The second call will be your chance to put into practice everything we've discussed, and I'll give you any last things to polish!
What do I need to prepare before our session?
I'll ask you to send me your resume ahead of our call, plus any job postings, job titles and industries you're targeting in your job search so I can tailor my advice to you. If you've had some recent interviews that didn't go well, let's talk about it to identify and fix any weak spots.
How do delivery timelines work?
The 4-day delivery window is for scheduling, not how long it takes to meet. I'm flexible and can usually fit you in the same week. Interviewing tomorrow? Add Extra Fast Delivery and we'll meet within 24 hours.
Why do you have a British accent?
Because I was born in England, home of Shakespeare, the Beatles, David Beckhams right foot (and David Beckhams left foot), and, of course, Rick Astley. I hope my accent makes me sound knowledgeable. If it does, I promise I really am!
