This training consists of:
- Strength Sessions (4 times a week): Stronger You!
- Muscle Sessions (4 a week): Better Looking Macho!
- Aerobic Sessions (2 a week): Longer Lasting at low speeds!
- Anaerobic Sessions (2 a week): Longer Lasting at high speeds!
- Explosive Sessions (4 a week): Jump Higher, Throw Farther, Punch Harder, Run Faster!
- Mobility Sessions (2 a week): Do barrel rolls, cart wheels, handstands, do a split. Be awesome!
I'll include a diet plan accordingly. I won't just leave you at that, I'll even lecture you about the science behind the training!
