I will develop an architectural concept and schematic design

My name is Mauro. I am an architect and concept designer with over 25 years of international experience, including design leadership at HASSELL and WOODS BAGOT.

I develop an architectural concept and schematic design for a building based on your brief, site information, and project goals. We first agree on the design direction. I then develop spatial and massing ideas, schematic drawings, a 3D model, and rendered views according to the package selected. The result provides a clear basis for your local architect to take forward into detailed design and technical documentation.

This gig is suited to a building design that needs both a concept and schematic layouts. My separate real estate development gig places greater emphasis on presentation visuals for developers and investors. Neither gig includes permit drawings, engineering, or local approvals.

Please contact me before ordering with the location, approximate floor area, brief, existing drawings, and intended use. Urban-scale or unusually complex work needs a custom offer with an agreed scope and fee.
