I will create a compact PCB design based on your required sensors, ESP32 module, power input, connectors, communication needs, and board size. Your IoT board can include temperature, humidity, motion, light, gas, pressure, distance, or other supported sensors, together with buttons, LEDs, display connectors, battery input, USB power, and mounting holes.

What do you need to start my ESP32 PCB?
Please provide the exact ESP32 module, all sensors and component datasheets, required functions, power input, pin connections, board size, preferred connectors, mounting holes, and final files you need.
Can you add Wi-Fi and Bluetooth?
ESP32 modules include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth features, but antenna selection, placement, enclosure material, board layout, environment, and testing affect real-world wireless performance. I provide PCB design based on your supplied module and requirements; range or certification is not guaranteed.
Will I receive Gerber files?
Yes. Gerber and drill files can be included for PCB fabrication. Fusion’s CAM workflow supports standard Gerber outputs and Excellon drill data commonly used by PCB manufacturers.
Can you add sensors to the board?
Yes. I can include buyer-specified sensors such as temperature, humidity, motion, light, pressure, distance, or gas sensors when you provide the exact part number, datasheet, power information, and connection requirements.
Can you provide firmware?
No. This Gig provides schematic and PCB design files only. Firmware, mobile apps, cloud services, assembly, physical testing, and certification are not included unless you offer them separately.
