About this Gig
Get help with one Windows computer through a scheduled remote session while you stay in control. Message me the symptoms, Windows version and your time zone before ordering.
BASIC: up to 30 minutes to investigate one issue, attempt appropriate initial fixes and explain the next steps.
STANDARD: up to 60 minutes for a malware/adware scan, review of detected unwanted software and browser cleanup where feasible, on one computer.
PREMIUM: up to 90 minutes for Standard plus startup review, supported Windows/app updates and performance checks, on one computer.
Results depend on the cause and hardware. Some problems need more time, a reinstall or hands-on repair; I will explain that rather than promise every issue can be fixed remotely. You receive a summary of work and next steps.
Back up important files before the session. You enter passwords and approve material changes. Hardware repair, data recovery, active ransomware response, software licenses and extra devices are outside this gig. No guaranteed speed increase or permanent malware protection is included.

How does remote repair work?
We agree a time for screen-share while you watch and stay in control. Remote session limits are 30/60/90 minutes for Basic/Standard/Premium. Listed work hours include preparation, the session and written follow-up. You enter passwords and can end access any time.
Can you fix hardware?
Not remotely. If the problem is hardware, I'll tell you so you don't pay for a fix that can't work.
Will I lose my files?
Back up important files before the session. I explain material changes and ask you to approve them. Existing faults or malware can put files at risk, so I cannot guarantee data preservation or recovery. Data recovery and active ransomware response are excluded.
