I will take your RAW meeting transcripts (those that gets generated by MSTeams, or any other program), and I normalise and clean them (using AI). I can go further and condense them by transposing them into the third person. I found that works very well. That then summarizes it more as you can combine what a person says in stead of having to follow that person over 5 different speaker terms. I can then go further and create a very short "Index" document. this enables you to include the transcripts into the knowledge base of an agent for easy reference.
