FAQ
Do I need to know exactly what I want before we start?
No. Most clients come with a process, not a spec. I ask questions, write down what your CRM has to do, and send you a scope with modules, screens and a fixed price before any code is written. You approve it first.
Can you add a CRM module to a system I already have?
Yes, that is what the Basic package is for. Send me repository access or a database dump, I review the code first and tell you if the change is realistic before you order. I work with Laravel, Node.js, React, Vue and plain PHP.
Who owns the code and where is the CRM hosted?
You own everything. The CRM runs on your own server or cloud account, the source code is handed over in your repository, and there is no licence fee and no lock-in to me. I also record a handover walkthrough for your team.
How do you handle payment on a large project?
Everything runs through Fiverr, so your money is held until you accept the work. On bigger builds I split the scope into stages and send a separate offer for each stage, so you pay as you see working results, not all upfront.
What happens after delivery if something breaks?
Bugs in what I built are fixed free of charge, that is not a revision. For ongoing work after launch there is a Priority support extra, or we agree a monthly retainer through Fiverr for new features and changes.
