I will build airtable ugc creator deliverable and payment tracking system
Airtable Expert , Content Calendars and Agency Workflows
About this Gig
Before approving a creators invoice, can your team see what was promised, delivered and accepted?
I build Airtable systems for UGC agencies and ecommerce brands managing paid creators. Each collaboration connects the brief, agreed fee, individual assets, revisions and invoice status.
Your team can track:
- Creator profiles, rates and collaboration history
- Required videos, hooks, raw files and deadlines
- Submitted, revision-needed and accepted assets
- Content links and manager feedback
- Invoices, fees and payment approval status
- Usage-rights dates and renewal reminders
See overdue content, work awaiting review and invoices needing attention in one workspace.
Choose a delivery tracker or a connected system with forms, interfaces and agreed Airtable automation. Handover instructions are included.
Payment tracking records decisions; it does not move money. Creator sourcing, content creation, social analytics and software subscriptions are separate.
Send your current tracker and explain how you decide a creator is ready to be paid. Ill scope the system around that process.

FAQ
Who is this service for?
UGC agencies, ecommerce brands and marketing teams managing paid creators, multiple deliverables and invoice approvals.
Can one creator work on several campaigns?
Yes. Each collaboration links the creator to the relevant brief, fee and deliverables, keeping separate projects organized.
Can you track partial delivery and revisions?
Yes. Each required asset has its own status. Two accepted videos and one video needing changes remain visible separately.
Can the system calculate creator payments?
Standard and Premium can calculate amounts from agreed rules, such as a fee per accepted asset. Deposits, fixed-project fees and bonuses must be defined before the build. Your team makes the final payment decision.
Will the system pay creators automatically?
No. These packages track invoices, balances, due dates and approval statuses. They do not execute payouts.
Can creators submit their content?
Included forms can collect submission details and content links. Individual creator accounts, private portals or editing existing submissions require separately agreed functionality.
Are software subscriptions included?
No. Airtable and any required automation-tool subscriptions are separate. I’ll confirm the required features and plan before starting.
What do revisions and support cover?
Revisions cover adjustments to agreed fields, labels, views and workflow settings. I also correct reproducible faults in the delivered setup reported within seven days of delivery. New features, changed requirements and third-party changes are separate.
