I will fix broken 3pl integration, shipbob setup, shiphero inventory sync

About this gig
Every hour your 3PL integration stays broken, you're losing money you can't see: phantom stock, oversold SKUs, orders stuck between your storefront and your warehouse.
If a customer just ordered something you don't have, or your ShipBob setup stopped pushing tracking back to Shopify, you know how fast that spirals into refunds and chargebacks.
I fix what breaks when stores scale past one channel:
- SKU mapping errors between storefront and warehouse
- Inventory sync failures causing overselling or phantom stock
- Broken or silent webhooks (ShipBob, ShipHero, custom 3PLs)
- API data loops duplicating or dropping orders
- Multi-channel sync gaps (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop)
Whether you need a one-time ShipBob setup, a ShipHero reconnection, or full multi-channel inventory sync, I build the connection to fail loudly (and get caught fast) instead of failing silently for weeks.
This is backend, data level work not theme design, and I'm not affiliated with or certified by Shopify, ShipBob, ShipHero, or Amazon.
Message me first with your platforms, your 3PL, and what's currently breaking.

FAQ
Do you need my full API keys, or just staff-level access?
I only need scoped, revocable access a staff account or a restricted API key with permissions limited to inventory/order endpoints. Never your primary admin login.
Can you handle custom SKUs, bundles, or variant sets?
Yes. Bundle and variant mapping is where most sync errors actually live I map parent/child SKU relationships explicitly so bundles don't oversell their components.
Will my live store go down during setup?
No. Integration and sync rules are built and tested in a sandbox/staging connection first, then switched over your storefront stays fully operational throughout.
Have you worked with international or custom (non-major) 3PLs?
I work from API documentation and webhook specs, so I can integrate most REST-based 3PL systems, including custom or regional warehouses send me your provider's docs and I'll confirm scope before you order.
What happens if a webhook fails after handoff?
Every integration includes fallback logging so failures are visible immediately instead of silent. I document the failure points and reconnection steps so you're never stuck blind.
Can you sync inventory across Amazon and Shopify at the same time?
Yes that's the core of the Premium package: one warehouse feed pushing real-time stock levels to every connected channel, with buffer rules to prevent overselling.
How do you test before calling it done?
I run test orders through each connected channel, confirm inventory decrements correctly everywhere, and verify tracking/webhook data flows back — with screen recordings as proof of testing.
