Each order covers 30 days of care for one existing, working site.
ESSENTIAL: weekly core, theme and plugin update checks; backups before changes and weekly backups; basic security scans and key-page checks.
BUSINESS: Essential plus form testing, a performance review and up to 60 minutes of minor content edits.
WOOCOMMERCE: Business plus WooCommerce checks, daily scheduled backups, cart/checkout tests where supported and up to 120 minutes of edits in total.
All packages include a care plan, final report and 15-minute Fiverr consultation. Written support questions: 1/2/3 by package. Report corrections: 1/1/2 rounds. Delivery is at the end of 30 days; renewal requires a new order.
You provide invited WordPress access, hosting access only if needed and valid licences. Backup storage uses your hosting or approved tools; paid services are separate.
Excludes redesigns, new features, malware cleanup and emergency or 24/7 support. Existing critical faults need a separate quote. Security scans cannot guarantee protection.

I'm Maximiliano, a freelance web developer based in Spain. WordPress is my main practical strength. I build landing pages and WooCommerce or Shopify stores, and maintain existing websites. Is this a monthly subscription?
Each order covers 30 days for one website. I deliver the final report at the end of that period. Renewal requires a new order unless we separately agree to an available Fiverr subscription.
What access do you need?
Invited WordPress administrator access. Hosting access is needed only for agreed backup or troubleshooting work. Share access securely through Fiverr and remove it after the service if you do not renew.
Are hacked or broken websites included?
No. The site should be working when care begins. Existing malware, emergency recovery, major compatibility faults and custom development need a separate assessment and quote.
What counts as a content edit?
Small changes to your supplied text or images within the existing layout. Standard includes up to 60 minutes total; Premium includes up to 120 minutes total. New pages, redesigns and new functionality are separate.
Do you maintain WooCommerce stores?
Yes, under Premium. I check updates and test the cart and checkout where supported. Payment processing fees, paid licences, inventory management and custom ecommerce development are excluded.
Where are backups stored?
We agree a storage location supported by your hosting or approved backup tool before work starts. Paid storage is purchased by you. A backup is taken before updates; Premium also includes daily scheduled backups.
