Do I get free revisions if the issue returns?
Yes, every package includes unlimited revisions. I fix the root cause in your theme code, not just the visible symptom, so the same Shopify bug shouldn't come back.
Do you need my store access, or is there a safer way?
The safe, standard way on Shopify is a Collaborator request — you never share your password, and you can revoke access anytime. I'll send the request once we agree on the work.
