Jeftra came to me with several issues affecting the WordPress webshop. Products were not properly organized, product pages lacked important information, the shopping cart and checkout flow needed improvement, and the website was difficult to navigate. There were also responsiveness issues on mobile devices, inconsistent layouts, slow loading pages, and a confusing customer journey from product selection to purchase. The webshop needed to be cleaned up and made easier to manage. Step-by-Step Execution Reviewed the entire WordPress website and identified the webshop issues affecting usability. Reorganized products, categories, pages, and navigation to create a clearer store structure. Fixed product-page layout issues and improved product information presentation. Improved the cart and checkout experience to make purchasing more straightforward. Corrected mobile and tablet responsiveness problems across key webshop pages. Cleaned up inconsistent design elements and improved the overall user interface. Checked website performance and removed unnecessary elements affecting loading speed. Tested product browsing, cart updates, checkout, and the complete customer journey. Performed final quality checks before handing the webshop back to Jeftra. The major webshop problems were addressed, including poor navigation, product organization, layout inconsistencies, mobile responsiveness, cart and checkout usability, and a confusing purchasing journey. Jeftra received a cleaner, responsive, easier-to-navigate WordPress webshop with a smoother shopping experience from browsing products through checkout.
