What languages do you offer besides English?
I can create videos in French as well. If you need another language, I can produce your video in virtually any language upon request.
I need my video delivered urgently. Can you help?
Of course! Contact me before placing your order, and I can provide extra-fast delivery for your project.
What is your revision policy?
Unlimited revisions are included for changes within the original project scope. However, if you change the script after the voice-over has been recorded or the animation has been completed, an additional fee may apply for re-recording and reworking the video.
In which format will the video be delivered?
The video can be delivered in Full HD or 4K resolution, in MP4, MOV, AVI, or other formats upon request. For web and app animations, I can also provide developer-friendly formats such as Lottie (JSON).
Is the animation fully custom or template-based?
All visuals and animations are created specifically for your project and tailored to your brand and message.
Can you use our own graphics?
Yes, of course! I can use your existing graphics, illustrations, brand assets, or design files in the video.
Do you provide the source files?
Yes. The editable source files are included at no additional cost with the final delivery.
Can I make changes after approving the storyboard?
Yes. Revisions are included at no additional cost, even after the storyboard is approved. My goal is to make sure you're happy with the final result.
