Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send your website link, exact error, affected gateway and when the problem started. I will review the details and confirm whether the issue fits a package.
Does one package include both Stripe and PayPal?
No. Each package covers one WordPress website, one GiveWP form and one agreed gateway. If both gateways need work, message me for a suitable scope.
What if Stripe shows payment success but GiveWP says pending?
I will compare the payment record, GiveWP logs and webhook delivery. A pending GiveWP status does not automatically mean the donor was not charged. I will identify the cause before making changes.
Can you fix recurring donations and missing renewals?
I can troubleshoot supported recurring giving configuration and notification issues. Premium includes supported sandbox checks. Historical reconciliation, subscription migration and waiting for a future live renewal are excluded.
What access and licenses will you need?
I need appropriate WordPress access and relevant gateway logs or permission based access. You supply valid paid add on licenses where required. You can complete payment account authorization yourself.
Can you fix account restrictions or guarantee every repair?
No. I cannot reverse Stripe or PayPal restrictions, override bank declines or guarantee fixes for third party bugs. If diagnosis reveals an excluded cause, I will explain the findings and agree on the next step with you.
Will you change existing subscriptions or run live charges?
Only with your approval. I use test or sandbox checks where supported. Changes that could affect donor subscriptions, payment apps or live transactions will be explained before you authorize them.
