What's the difference between a chatbot and an agent?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes actions: it calls APIs, updates records, drafts messages and decides the next step until the task is done.
Can it run without supervision?
Yes, but I add approval steps for anything risky, such as sending emails, payments or deleting data, unless you choose otherwise.
Which tools can it connect to?
Anything with an API or a Python library: email, spreadsheets, CRMs, Slack, your database or internal REST APIs.
How will I know what it did?
Every run is traced in LangSmith, step by step, so you can audit and debug it.
What will it cost to run?
It depends on the model and volume. I estimate the monthly API cost before we start and can add spending caps.
Do you use n8n or Zapier?
I build in Python for full control. If you already use Zapier or Make, the agent can trigger them or be triggered by them through webhooks.
How many revisions are included?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 and Premium 3. A revision covers changes within the agreed scope; new features or extra tools are quoted separately.
