Which hosting providers do you work with?
AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Vultr, OVH and most Linux VPS or dedicated server hosts, plus data center servers with remote access. Tell us your provider and we will confirm before you order.
How do I share server access safely?
We prefer a separate user or IAM account with only the permissions needed, not your root password. We use SSH keys and remove our access once the work is complete.
Will my website or app go down during the work?
We plan every change in advance and agree a maintenance window with you for anything that needs a restart, so downtime is minimal and expected.
Can you deploy self-hosted AI models and MCP servers?
Yes. We deploy LLMs with Ollama or vLLM, MCP servers for Claude and AI agents, and n8n automations, secured with authentication and HTTPS.
Do I need a GPU server for AI?
It depends on the model size and usage. Smaller models can run on CPU, while larger models need a GPU. Share your use case and we will recommend the right server before you buy hosting.
What does the monthly plan include?
Security updates and patching, backup checks, uptime monitoring and alerts, a set number of support hours and a monthly report on your servers’ health.
Do you work on Kubernetes, Jenkins or NATS setups?
Yes. Kubernetes clusters, Jenkins pipelines and NATS messaging vary a lot in scope, so we handle them through a custom offer after reviewing your requirements.
Do you change my application code?
No, this gig covers servers and infrastructure only. As a software development agency we can also fix or build application code through a separate custom offer.
