Can you connect any application?
I first check whether the applications provide suitable APIs, webhooks or supported data access. Some platforms require paid plans or have limitations. Please send the app names and your workflow before ordering.
Do I need to provide API access?
Yes. You must have authorized access to the applications and any required API features. Please do not include passwords or API keys in your initial message. We will agree on an appropriate access method after confirming the scope.
What counts as a workflow?
A workflow starts with one agreed trigger and performs the actions included in your package. For example, a form submission creates a CRM contact and sends a notification. This example contains one trigger and two actions.
Are software subscriptions and hosting included?
No. Third-party subscriptions, hosting and API usage are paid by you. I will identify the expected requirements before we agree on the implementation.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. You will receive the custom source code created for your order, setup instructions and any configuration details needed to run it. Third-party software remains subject to its own licenses.
What do revisions include?
Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed field mappings, conditions and workflow behavior. New applications, additional actions or changes to the original requirements are separate work.
Can you fix an existing integration?
Yes, after reviewing the existing setup and reproducing the issue. Please contact me first, because investigation and repair may need a custom offer.
