Please share your Wix site URL, a description of the issue, and — if possible — a screenshot or short screen recording of the problem. This helps me diagnose faster and give you an accurate time estimate before you order.
2. Do you need editor access to my site?
Yes, I'll need temporary Editor access (not Owner) to your Wix site to fix the issue. I'll send instructions on how to safely add me as a contributor after you order.
3. Can you fix issues caused by third-party apps in the Wix App Market?
In most cases, yes. I'll troubleshoot the conflict and either fix the configuration or recommend an alternative if the app itself is the root cause.
4. What if the issue turns out to be bigger than expected once you start?
I will message you right away with what I found and a revised quote before doing any extra work. You'll never be charged for anything without approval first.
