FAQ
Which platforms do you integrate and automate?
GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Jobber, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Forms, Slack, Zapier, n8n, Make, Twilio, WhatsApp, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Jotform, Typeform, Gravity Forms, Stripe, PayPal, Square,Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, ClickUp, Monday, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Freshsales
How does the lead process work after automation is set up?
Leads can come from ads, websites, forms, or calls → get routed to the correct CRM → assigned to the right pipeline or technician → trigger Slack notifications → send automated email/SMS follow-ups → update deal or job status automatically.
Do you fix existing automations or only build from scratch?
Both. I can audit, clean up, and repair broken Zapier or CRM automations, or design a completely new system from scratch based on your business process.
Will this work for service businesses and agencies?
Both. I can audit, clean up, and repair broken Zapier or CRM automations, or design a completely new system from scratch based on your business process.
Can you automate Slack notifications for leads, deals, or jobs?
Absolutely. I can set up real-time Slack alerts for new leads, deal stage changes, booked jobs, payments, missed calls, follow-ups, and internal team actions.
Can you scale this later as my business grows?
Yes. All workflows are built to be scalable, modular, and easy to expand with new tools, pipelines, or automations.

This is a job that was meant to be outsourced for a client and they did not deliver what was promised nor did they meet the deadline after serveral extensions. Perhapes they did not have a thorough understanding of the system, but I have now engaged another contractor
