What counts as one issue?
One issue is a specific malfunction, such as a webhook not triggering or incorrect field mapping. Several errors may share one cause, while one failed execution may involve separate problems. We will confirm the scope before the order begins.
Do you build new workflows or add new integrations?
These packages cover repairs to an existing workflow. The listed API, action, and tool counts describe the components included in the repair, not new integrations built from scratch. New workflows, additional features, hosting setup, and broader changes require a separate scope and quote.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed repair when the delivered result needs correction within the original scope. It does not include new features, additional workflows, or unrelated issues. Basic includes 1 revision; Standard and Premium include 2.
What will I receive when the work is completed?
You will receive the agreed workflow fixes, testing against the expected result, and a brief explanation of the changes. I will flag any remaining external dependencies. A workflow export can be provided without credentials or sensitive data.
What if the issue depends on an external service?
I can diagnose issues involving API permissions, rate limits, subscriptions, or outages. Some fixes require action from you or the provider. External service costs are not included. If this affects the repair, we will agree on the next steps.
