Basic is for invoicing only. Standard adds stock tracking, customer ledger and payments. Premium is the complete system with a dashboard, secure login, PDF export and video guide. If you are unsure, message me and I will recommend one.
Do I need Excel or VBA knowledge to use the system?
No. Everything works with simple buttons and forms. You just fill in the details and click. I also explain how to use it on delivery.
Can the system track my stock and alert me when it runs low?
Yes. Standard and Premium include stock tracking with low-stock alerts, so you know what to reorder before you run out.
Can I see how much each customer owes me?
Yes. The Ledger and Payment forms record every payment, and you can print a customer statement showing the balance at any time.
Can I save and print invoices or export them as PDF?
