Which platforms can you integrate the chatbot with?
I can deploy chatbots on Websites, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger. The Premium package also includes custom integrations.
Do I need to provide training data?
No. I can build the chatbot with a pre-set journey. For RAG-based bots (Standard/Premium), I recommend providing your FAQ or documents, but I can also use public info from your website.
Will I receive the source code?
Source code is included in the Standard and Premium packages. The Basic package includes a working bot but no source code.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is 7 days for Basic, 10 days for Standard, and 14 days for Premium. Faster delivery may be available on request.
Can you connect the chatbot to my CRM or database?
Yes. CRM and database integration is included in Standard and Premium, and available as an Extra for Basic.
