Exactly what a coach should be doing, he doesn’t tell you what to do but teaches you the skills so you know what to do, he is very patient, I started chess recently and watched a lot of videos but getting 1-1 coaching was very effective as he taught me my flaws and made sure I have a end goal in moving...

Thanks for the great first lesson! For others, I’m new to chess, and this was my first lesson, and I was provided great direction and homework. As they say, proof is in the pudding - I went from winning 1 of the 9 games before my lesson, to winning 7 of 9 games following. Highly recommend and will be booking in some more lessons again!
