FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
RAW files (CR2, NEF, ARW, etc.) or flattened TIFF/PSD/JPG. RAW gives the cleanest results for masking.
What software do you use?
Adobe Photoshop. All deliverables are layered PSD files, fully compatible with your existing workflow.
Can you match my file to a specific grading style or reference?
I focus on masking and separation, not final grading. If you'd like the file graded as well, message me first so we can scope it properly.
What counts as one "element"?
A distinct part of the image (a product, a piece of clothing, a background section, a specular highlight area, etc.). Message me with your image if you're not sure how many elements it involves.
Do you offer luminosity masking on the Basic package?
No, luminosity masking is included from the Premium package. Basic and Standard use vector/raster and complex (mesh-type) masking.
What does "V&R" mean in the package descriptions?
V&R stands for Vector & Raster, the standard masking technique used for clean element separation (included in all packages).
What if I need more revisions than included?
Additional revisions are available as an extra for a small fee, applied equally across all packages.
Do you sign NDAs for unreleased campaigns or products?
Yes, happy to sign an NDA before starting if needed, just send it over.
