Managed day-to-day inventory, sales and distribution operations through an Excel-based reporting system. My responsibilities included entering incoming stock, recording orders received from order bookers, preparing printed order sheets for salesmen, issuing stock, recording returned stock and updating completed sales. I also received and reconciled cash collected by salesmen, maintained stock and sales records, monitored returns and prepared daily and periodic reports for management.
