I run McBride Digital, an independent Shopify consultancy providing practical, hands-on support to businesses at every stage of their ecommerce journey. I work directly with business owners and their teams to build new Shopify stores, improve existing websites and manage the technical aspects of running an online store. My work includes Shopify theme setup and customisation, product and collection management, shipping and payment configurations, app integrations, store migrations, troubleshooting and ongoing improvements. I also provide Shopify training and guidance, helping clients understand their stores and feel confident managing them independently. With experience across both agency and independent consultancy work, I focus on making Shopify easier for businesses to manage, offering straightforward advice and reliable technical support.

**Client Services | Milk Bottle Labs** Worked in client services at Milk Bottle Labs, an Irish Shopify agency, combining hands-on Shopify development and store management with client relationship management and project coordination. I worked directly with business owners and marketing teams to understand their requirements, plan improvements and manage ongoing ecommerce projects. My hands-on work included building and customising Shopify themes through the theme editor, configuring store settings, managing apps and implementing more complex functionality, including shipping requirements. I also coordinated projects internally, translating client requirements into development tasks, delegating work to developers and overseeing delivery. The role gave me extensive experience across both the technical and client-facing sides of Shopify, helping businesses build, improve and manage their online stores.
