Do you work in Excel, Google Sheets, or both?
Both. I can deliver as an .xlsx file, a CSV, or a shared Google Sheet, whichever you prefer.
Will you change my original data?
No. I always work on a copy and include a change log, so you can see what was removed or modified. Removed duplicates can go on a separate tab if you'd like to review them.
How do you decide what counts as a duplicate?
You tell me which columns define a duplicate (for example, the same email, or the same name plus phone number). If you're not sure, I'll suggest rules and confirm them with you before I start.
My file is larger than 10,000 rows. Can you still help?
Yes. Send me a message with the row count and what you need, and I'll create a custom offer.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Your files are used only for your order and are deleted on request after delivery. Please remove or mask anything highly sensitive, such as SSNs, medical records, or financial account numbers, before sending.
