Please provide the PLC manufacturer and model, Ignition version, communication protocol, estimated number of tags and screens, project backup, network information and a clear description of the required functionality.
¿Can you connect Ignition to Rockwell, Siemens or Schneider PLCs?
Yes. I can integrate supported Rockwell, Siemens and Schneider controllers using OPC UA, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP and other compatible industrial protocols.
¿Can you troubleshoot an existing Ignition SCADA project?
Yes. I can diagnose PLC communication, tags, alarms, scripts, databases and screen issues. The Basic package covers the remote review and diagnosis of one specific issue.
¿Will I receive the Ignition project backup?
Yes. Development packages include an exported project backup and the agreed technical documentation after testing and final approval.
¿Do you provide remote commissioning support?
Yes, when secure remote access and an authorized technician are available on site. Backups, communication checks and a controlled testing procedure are required before making changes.
