What file formats do you accept?
I accept Excel files (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files (.csv). If your data is in Google Sheets, just export it as .xlsx or .csv first. Unsure if your file works? Message me before ordering.
Can you remove duplicate records?
Yes. I can identify and remove exact and near-duplicate records (e.g., extra spaces, different capitalization, or slight spelling differences), based on the columns you specify — such as email, name, or ID.
Can you handle missing or inconsistent data?
Yes. I can flag missing values, fill in blanks where appropriate, and fix inconsistent entries (like mismatched date formats, extra spaces, or inconsistent capitalization). For missing data, I'll follow your instructions — for example, whether to leave a blank, remove the row, or estimate a value.
Can you create charts from my data?
This gig focuses on cleaning and formatting your data, so charts aren't included here. Once your data is clean, I offer a separate Data Analysis & Visualization service if you'd like insights and visual reports — just message me and I can walk you through it.
What do you need from me to start?
Please send your Excel or CSV file along with a short note on what needs fixing — for example, duplicate removal, missing values, formatting issues, or specific columns to focus on. The more detail you give, the more accurate and efficient the delivery.
Can you work with a large dataset?
Yes. My packages cover up to 100, 500, and 1,500 rows depending on the tier. If your dataset is larger, message me with the row count and file type, and I'll send a custom offer.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. Your data is used only to complete the agreed work and is not shared with anyone else. Files are deleted after delivery unless you ask me to keep them for future revisions or follow-up work.
How long will delivery take?
Basic delivery is 2 days, Standard is 3 days, and Premium is 4 days. Need it faster? I offer extra fast delivery for an additional fee.
Can I see samples of your previous work?
Yes, I can share a sample before/after example of cleaned data. Feel free to message me and I'll walk you through it.
What if I'm not satisfied with the delivery?
Each package includes revisions (see package details). If something's not right, message me and I'll work with you to fix it within the agreed scope.
