FAQ
Which package should I choose?
Basic is for converting an existing website into a Flutter WebView app. Standard is for a custom Flutter app when you already have a working API. Premium includes required REST API development for your existing backend plus a custom Flutter app.
Does the Premium package include a new website or complete backend from scratch?
No. Premium covers REST API development or required backend modifications for your existing platform. A new website, admin panel, or complete backend system from scratch requires a separate service or custom offer.
What do I need to provide before development starts?
You must provide complete requirements and all required assets/access, including logo, app icon, splash assets, images, content, website/backend access, source code if required, API documentation, credentials, Firebase access, and other project resources.
Who provides Firebase and third-party accounts?
The buyer must provide the required Firebase project/account and credentials. Any third-party service accounts required by the project must also be provided by the buyer.
Who provides payment gateway or third-party API credentials?
The buyer must provide valid payment gateway, SMS, maps, social login, or other third-party API accounts, keys, credentials, documentation, and required approvals. Third-party fees are not included unless specifically agreed.
Do you submit the app to Google Play?
App submission is available only when included in the order or purchased as an extra. The buyer must provide a valid Google Play Console account and all required store information, verification, declarations, and access.
Do you guarantee Google Play approval?
No. Google Play approval is controlled by Google. I cannot guarantee approval or accept responsibility for rejection caused by Play policies, buyer account status, verification, previous violations, restricted content, business eligibility, or other matters outside the agreed development work.
Are you responsible if my Google Play Console account is suspended or terminated?
No. The buyer is responsible for their Play Console account, account history, verification, policy compliance, and standing. I am not responsible for account suspension, termination, restriction, or other account-level actions by Google.
Is a revision the same as adding a new feature?
No. Revisions cover reasonable changes within the originally agreed scope. New screens, features, modules, workflows, APIs, backend work, or third-party integrations are additional work and may require extra cost and delivery time.
What happens if my existing API or backend has problems?
The buyer must provide a working system according to the selected package. Fixing undocumented, broken, insecure, or incomplete existing APIs/backend is not automatically included and may require additional cost
