FAQ
Will optimization break my cart, checkout, or payments?
No. I back up first and test the cart, checkout, and payment flow after every change. Cart and checkout pages get the correct cache exclusions so nothing breaks.
What do you need from me?
Your store URL and WordPress admin access. Hosting or cPanel access may also be needed for some optimizations. Please also tell me which payment gateways you use.
Can you guarantee a specific speed score or load time?
I can’t promise exact numbers because hosting, theme, plugins, and product count all affect results. I’ll give you an honest estimate after a free check and a before/after report once I’m done.
My store has many products and large images. Can you help?
Yes. Product image optimization, lazy loading, and cleaning up heavy database data are a big part of what I do. Large catalogs often see the biggest improvements.
Will this improve my sales?
A faster store usually gives shoppers a smoother experience and fewer abandoned visits, but I can’t promise a sales increase because many factors affect conversions. What I do control is making your site load faster.
Do you work on live stores, or do I need a staging site?
Both are fine. I can work on your live store carefully after a full backup, or on a staging copy if you prefer. Tell me which you’d rather use.
